One payment service provider is active per account, so every property of the account takes payments through the same one. See Payment Configuration.

Where the provider supports terminal payment, it is offered both in the Operations Platform and at the Self-Service Kiosk. On a Mews property there is no terminal payment and no payment link, and a kiosk there cannot hold a payment terminal.
Two payment paths come from the PMS instead of the provider in the table:
- Apaleo Pay: on an Apaleo property, guest payments in the Booking Engine and the Guest Journey can run through Apaleo Pay, and the Self-Service Kiosk can take terminal payments through Apaleo. The Operations Platform does not offer terminal payments through Apaleo Pay.
- Mews: on a Mews property the guest pays a payment request created in Mews.
Oracle Payment Interface (OPI): on an Oracle Opera Cloud property, a card tokenized by Adyen can be written to the reservation as a 30-digit OPI token. LIKE MAGIC enables it per account, so request it via a Support Ticket.

Compliance & Guest-Data Reporting
Guest-registration and police-reporting integrations. These send guest-registration data to the relevant authority. They are not door-access or mobile-key products.
- HOKO Zurich: automated guest-registration reporting to the Zurich cantonal authority (SIDAP). A compliance export in the Operations Platform; it does not issue keys or open doors.
- Police Tessin: guest-registration reporting for the canton of Ticino.

On an Apaleo property, restaurant bookings do not reach the guest surfaces. My Stay never shows them. Whether the Restaurant tab in the Operations Platform can be used there is decided per property, so ask via a Support Ticket before you promise a guest the feature.
